Prior to Owens: Trumbull comes to Owens after being named freshman of the year for Indiana Tech University's golf team in 2010-11. He was a district and state qualifier his senior year, a district qualifier is sophomore and junior years, and a sectional medalist his junior year for head coach Pat Phillips. His greatest personal sports thrill is finishing 44th in the Optimist International Junior Golf Championships in West Palm Beach, Fla., in 2009.

Personal: Cleo is the son of Jason and Sandi Hood. He is a business management major at Owens.
